How you can help Haiti today

Pray for the people of Haiti, especially for those who are injured, homeless, or have lost loved ones. Pray also for the hundreds of rescue workers and disaster recovery personnel.

Assemble hygiene kits.  

In the face of natural disasters, violence, or grinding poverty, Hygiene Kits can mean the difference between sickness and health for struggling families.

To assemble a Hygiene Kit you will need:

• One hand towel measuring approximately 16" x 28" (no fingertip or bath towels)
• One washcloth
• One wide-tooth comb
• One nail clipper
• One bar of soap (bath size in wrapper)
• One toothbrush (in original packaging)
• Six Band-Aids®

Please do not add toothpaste to the Hygiene Kit. Toothpaste that has an extended expiration date will be added to Hygiene Kit shipments just prior to shipment. Seal all items in a one-gallon plastic bag with a zipper closure.

Hygiene Kit value: $10
Processing/Shipping Cost: $2 per Kit

Please e-mail the church office at: fschurch@verizon.net  with the e-mail address you would like the Fairstreeter sent to. Only those specified will still be mailed! If you have already completed our survey sheet, there is no need to reply again.

You may still have the Fairstreeter mailed to you or you may pick it up when you come to church, please call the church office at 338-7722. You must specify that you wish to continue to have it mailed.

Emailing the Fairstreeter will save money & paper which is good for our church and for the earth!!! Thanks for your support.
